New Patients Welcome!
All appointments are scheduled in advance with Dr. Sillins by calling the office at 859-341-3309.

CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS
Our office participates with most health insurance plans which cover certain reconstructive plastic surgery procedures. Covered procedures will vary with each individual insurance company and plan – our office staff will assist you in determining eligibility. Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments and remaining balances.

FINANCING
Medical insurance plans will not cover cosmetic procedures. All cosmetic surgery must be paid for 3 weeks in advance of the scheduled surgery date. Local financing can be obtained by calling American General, 859-491-9901. Patients can also apply for financing online at www.MBNA.com or by calling their toll free number at 1-888-844-3775.
